Hello friends,
Some of you may have noticed a situation where you have a Scanned / Photographed document containing few text in it and you have to copy those text for editing or for other purposes. If the texts are few lines or few words, you can type it easily... But what to do where the size is big, i mean more line of text(s)
How you will do it ?? Let's find the solution for it. :)
Well, there are many third party Softwares available in the market to do that job, that works on OCR (Optical Character Recognition) system. But those are not free actually, so you have to spend some money for it.
OCR (optical character recognition) is a method to extract text from images. It can recognize handwritten, printed or typewritten text and can produce them into editable word or text format. This OCR software also preserves the formatting of the original scanned document into converted document. They are not 100% accurate and the converted document still requires some editing.
So for copying the text from the image all you need is Microsoft Office OneNote and rest it will take care of itself.
Steps:
1. Run the Microsoft Office OneNote.
2. Just copy / Drag the image (any format whether jpg, bmp, png etc) and paste it in the OneNote. Don’t “open with” the image as it will give an error.
3. Now select the entire image and right click on the page.
4. Click the option “Copy Text From Picture”.
5. Just paste the contents back on any Word Document.
so NOW, The text has been extracted from Office OneNote and can be printed neatly. If you are worried about the formatting of the pasted content, you could select “Keep Source formatting” in the paste option.
Thats All !! Enjoy... :)If you like this trick, then don't forget to click a 'LIKE' on our Facebook page located at the homepage of the blog

Passwords are the digital signatures used to log in to different systems, to gain the admin access of that particular system.
It may be an Application or Online web services, Password is a must need to identify the uniqueness of a particular user with the help of a USERNAME and also used to secure their private data. So as a result if we lost / forgot our password then there is no way to access the account. Again if we assign a easy Password, then there is maximum chances that someone could bypass it for any reason.
So, using strong & easy passwords lowers overall risk mentioned above.
Using strong passwords lowers overall risk of a security breach, but strong passwords do not replace the need for other effective security controls. The effectiveness of a password of a given strength is strongly determined by the design and implementation of the authentication system software, particularly how frequently password guesses can be tested by an attacker and how securely information on user passwords is stored and transmitted. Risks are also posed by several means of breaching computer security which are unrelated to password strength. Such means include wiretapping, phishing, keystroke logging, social engineering, dumpster diving,side-channel attacks, and software vulnerabilities. Here is a Example website who can do the same work for you online for free, even without registration
(follow the image below).
The site is called Password Savvy. It is free and requires no registration. It is an online page where you can generate useful but hard-to-hack passwords. A partial view of the page is shown in the figure below. It’s simple to use. Enter two unrelated words or phrases, click a button to add some capitals and other kinds of symbols, and you have a password. Click another button and it is pasted to the clipboard.
